I have been on an exciting journey from being a full-stack developer and on through becoming Director of User Experience. I am passionate about design, development, leadership, and most importantly people. By following a User-Centered Design process I have been able to successfully elevate products and teams to a whole new level. My background in development helps me effectively communicate across disciplines; Bringing teams together under a cohesive vision so that we can deliver the best outcomes for the end-user.

People are my priority
My hunger for learning and personal growth pushed me to pursue my masters right after completing my bachelor’s degree. From that experience; I learned how to effectively lead and coach my fellow team members in a way that empowers them to be successful. In life, we never stop learning and I have continued to pursue coaching and mentorship opportunities so that I can refine my skills as a leader and grow talent.
