DNSFilter
Deployments
MSP power users managed dozens or hundreds of client organizations by hopping between dashboards. I redesigned deployments into a single pane of glass: every roaming client and site from every managed organization in one filterable view, with drill-down that never loses context.

The problem
Research with MSP power users surfaced constant context switching, disparate dashboards, and a high cognitive load. There was no holistic view of client security posture and no efficient way to act in bulk. I owned journey mapping, information architecture, and the UI, working with a focus group of key MSPs through iterative wireframes and prototypes.
What changed
- Roaming clients and sites from every managed organization aggregated into one filterable view, with bulk actions and search
- Drill-down into a client organization from the global list, then back, without losing the mental map
- Progressive disclosure: the critical high-level data first, detail one click away in the same view
- A consistent visual language with status indicators that draw attention to offline devices and misconfigured sites
Outcome
Fewer clicks and less time to manage multiple clients, lower cognitive load, and the confidence of complete visibility across the whole client base.
