Device-based web filtering with behavioral analytics. CyberSight watches how people use applications on each endpoint, not just which sites they visit, so a security team can see activity patterns before they become incidents.

MSP power users managed dozens or hundreds of client organizations by hopping between dashboards. I redesigned deployments into a single pane of glass: every roaming client and site from every managed organization in one filterable view, with drill-down that never loses context.

A guided financing application for Aspen Dental patients that runs a waterfall of lenders behind one simple flow. Approval rates in practice rose from 60% to 99% and lender options grew from 3 to 20.
