Seamless PSA Tool Integrations
For this project, we aimed to seamlessly integrate third-party Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools into the DNSFilter dashboard, providing our partners with a native and intuitive experience.
The primary goal was to allow Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to effortlessly manage their billing and client services without ever leaving our platform. We achieved this by leveraging Gradient MSP's integration platform, which we seamlessly embedded and styled to match our existing design system. This approach allowed for a consistent look and feel, making the setup and management of these integrations a seamless part of the DNSFilter workflow.
The result is a suite of PSA integrations that feel like a core part of the DNSFilter product. Our partners can now connect their accounts in minutes, automate billing, and reduce manual overhead, all from within the familiar environment of their DNSFilter dashboard. This project not only streamlined the user experience but also reinforced our commitment to providing powerful, easy-to-use tools for our partners.
