Dark mode was the most requested feature. The interface was already being rebuilt on a token-based design system, so dark mode came along from the start. It was never an inversion pass.

The approach
Every component reads its color from a semantic token, from buttons to data visualizations. Both themes render from one set of components and meet the same accessibility bar. Switching is instant. Nothing is styled twice.

CyberSight
Device-based web filtering with behavioral analytics. CyberSight shows a security team how people use applications on each endpoint, beyond which sites they visit. Patterns show up before they become incidents.

I redesigned deployments into one filterable view of every roaming client and site an MSP manages. MSP power users had been managing dozens or hundreds of client organizations by hopping between dashboards. Drilling down never loses context.

Patient financing
Patients who would have been declined now have options. I designed one guided application that runs a waterfall of lenders behind it. In-practice approval rates rose from 60% to 99%. Lender options grew from 3 to 20.
